Lucien Alziari

Lucien joined Avon as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in September 2004.
Throughout his career in human resources, Lucien has worked to ensure that HR strategies reflect and enable key business initiatives. His passion for talent and organizational development, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions as well as his experience working within a global operating model are well aligned to the strategic requirements of Avon’s transformation.
Prior to joining Avon, Lucien was the Chief Human Resources Officer for PepsiCo’s Corporate Division, where he led PepsiCo’s widely-acclaimed talent development and succession planning process, and played a key role in rebuilding the capability and impact of the overall HR function. Additionally, he provided HR leadership for the company’s Business Transformation efforts and was a key player in the successful post-merger integration following PepsiCo’s $13 billion acquisition of Quaker Oats Co. in 2001.
Lucien’s tenure at PepsiCo has also included broad international experience, with roles as Vice President, Human Resources for the Middle East, Pakistan and Africa, and as the HR Director for Central Europe. Before joining PepsiCo in 1991, Lucien held positions with British Rail and then with Mars U.K. Ltd.
A native of the U.K., Lucien graduated from the University of Bristol in England.

Beryl Cook
Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Beryl studied journalism and media in Australia, then started her working life as a journalist for 12 years in Australian newspapers. She moved to Fiji, after the military coups, where she worked as a trainer at the Fiji Times newspaper, and was Deputy Editor of a magazine covering the South Pacific. She also lectured part time for a brief period at the University of the South Pacific.
In 1992 she moved to Hong Kong, where she worked as Training manager for the South China Morning Post setting up journalism traineeships in the lead up to the handover to China. She moved into the television industry as Head of Training and Development, then Senior Vice President for Human Resources, for Star Television working in China, India, Hong Kong and the Middle East. She also worked in Australia as Group Head of Human Resources for News Limited.
She moved to BSkyB as Group Director for People and Organisational Development in April 2004. She was responsible for a national team of Human Resource professionals providing strategic leadership on people, culture and change initiatives.
Beryl took up the newly created position of global Chief Human Resources Officer for News Corporation based in New York in August 2007. She is responsible for strategic initiatives in HR worldwide with a particular focus on talent management and is a member of the Office of the Chairman.

Bonnie C. Hathcock is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Humana Inc., a Fortune 110 health solutions company. Working to create a culture of engagement, Bonnie leads the company in transforming human capital into a winning competitive advantage for Humana. Prior to joining Humana in 1999, Bonnie served as Vice President of Human Resources at US Airways, Vice President of Human Resources at Siemens-Rolm, and in sales and marketing leadership roles at Xerox Corporation. Bonnie is currently a board member of the HR Policy Association. In 2005, Bonnie was named one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Human Resources. In 2007, in recognition of her accomplishments, Bonnie was named HR Executive magazine’s HR Executive of the Year. Bonnie holds an MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship of Nova Southeastern University. In addition, she is a graduate of the Executive Human Resources program at Stanford University’s School of Business.

Lynn Jolliffe
Senior Vice President Human Resources Worldwide

Lynn Jolliffe is the senior vice president of human resources for Ingram Micro Inc. Based in Santa Ana, Calif., Jolliffe is responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of the company's human resources strategies in support of the organization's global objectives. Jolliffe oversees all aspects of human resources worldwide, including associate relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, the Human Resources Information System, payroll, as well as the regional human resources teams.
Jolliffe joined Ingram Micro in 1999 as the vice president of human resources for the European region and established the department as a strategic business unit by making a number of organizational improvements, implementing and standardizing performance metrics within the region’s 14-country operations, and introducing Six Sigma. Within the European region, she also implemented and developed a Competency and Performance Management system, an intranet-based Knowledge and Information Center, and Career Guide.
Most recently, Jolliffe served as the vice president of human resources for the North American region where she initiated major projects focusing on improving associate performance management, development, and retention.
Prior to her work at Ingram Micro, Jolliffe served as vice president and chief financial officer at the Canadian company, White Rose Limited.
Jolliffe holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Queen’s University, as well as a CEGEP diploma from Bishop's University in Canada. In 1979, she received her MBA in finance and organizational behavior from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Brian Schipper
Senior Vice President Human Resources
Cisco Systems Inc.
A highly respected Human Resources (HR) senior executive with over 25 years of wide ranging HR experience, Brian “Skip” Schipper leads Cisco’s HR function as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Skip and his Cisco HR team provide leadership to meet Cisco’s complex talent needs by developing and growing Cisco’s current workforce of greater than 50,000 employees to assist the company in addressing existing and emerging opportunities in the Internet Protocol (IP) Networking space and its many adjacent markets.
Prior to joining Cisco, Schipper led the HR function for the Platforms and Services Division (PSD) of Microsoft. The PSD HR team provided human resource support to approximately 20,000 employees worldwide. Previously at Microsoft, Schipper led the Compensation & Benefits, Systems & Solutions, and ERIT teams at Microsoft. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing industry competitive, dynamic and cost-optimized remuneration strategies to support the attraction and retention of world-class talent.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Schipper was Partner & SVP, head of HR and Administration for Andor Capital Management in New York. Andor Capital was founded in October 1999, and rapidly grew to be one of the largest hedge-fund management firms in the world, with offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia. At Andor, Schipper was responsible for establishing the human resources function, and led the administrative functions for the firm.
Prior to joining Andor, Schipper was senior vice president of HR and Administration at DoubleClick in New York. He was one of eight members of the senior leadership team of this media, software and data company, which was founded in 1995.
Schipper held three senior human resources positions at PepsiCo. In his last assignment, Schipper led HR for PepsiCo Food & Beverages International for Europe, Middle East and Africa, based in London. In this role, he led the HR functions from the U.K. through Russia, and from Scandinavia through South Africa. Prior to that, Schipper held HR positions at the Purchase, N.Y. headquarters of PepsiCo, and the Dallas, Tex. headquarters of Frito-Lay.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Schipper spent eight years with Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston. He completed his career as global head of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to this, he had been head of Human Resources for North America. Schipper began his HR career with Harris Corporation in the defense electronics business. Schipper holds a bachelors degree from Hope College, and an MBA from Michigan State University.
