David Oddi was a Partner in the private equity firm of Saunders Karp & Megrue (“SKM”) which he joined in 1994.  At the time, SKM had invested approximately $100 million through four portfolio investments.  During his over 10 year career with SKM, the firm completed approximately 50 transaction, raised two successor investment funds and managed over $1.5 billion in equity capital.  Mr. Oddi was responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, structuring and executing new transactions and monitoring certain of SKM’s portfolio investments.  While at SKM, he focused exclusively on the multi-unit retail, restaurant and branded consumer sectors.    Mr. Oddi worked with the management teams of several of the industry’s leading growth companies to execute rapid expansion plans, including serving as a member of the board of directors of Charlotte Russe Holding (NASDAQ: CHIC), The Children’s Place (NASDAQ: PLCE), Elephant Bar Restaurants, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Rue 21 and Tommy Bahama.

Ron Beegle has a combination of private equity and operating experience. Most recently he was Chairman of Global Consumer Retail Investors (GCRI), a consulting firm working exclusively with Credit Suisse First Boston Private Equity.  Prior to joining GCRI, Mr. Beegle worked for more than twenty years in retail related businesses such as May Department Stores Company, Saks Fifth Avenue, Broadway Stores Inc., and Gap Inc. where he held senior management positions in Strategy, Finance and Operations. During his seven years at Gap Inc., Mr. Beegle served as senior vice president of finance and operations (CFO and COO) for Banana Republic, executive vice president and general manager of Gap Inc. Direct, and chief operating officer of the company’s flagship Gap division.  During his tenure at Gap Inc., and with the help of his leadership, Banana Republic was established as one of America’s leading fashion apparel brands; Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy launched their successful, industry leading on-line businesses; and the company’s flagship Gap division executed a highly regarded business turnaround. Mr. Beegle serves as a member of the board of directors of Aeropostale (NYSE: ARO) and Neiman Marcus Group. 

Joe Ferreira

Joe Ferreira is an experienced global consumer products executive with almost 30 years of operating and finance experience. He began his career in retail at the Marcade Group. In 1980 he joined Avon Products, Inc. where he became head of Finance and Operations for the Avon Division in 1989.  In this position he played a key role in turning the company around and generating the cash needed to service and pay down over $1.0 billion of debt. In 1990, he became an operating officer responsible for the company’s business in thirteen Latin American countries. In the ensuing ten years he moved around the world improving the performance of existing companies, opening new markets/businesses and growing Avon into a global consumer products leader, which contributed to the 27% compounded annual total return Avon provided its shareholders during this period. Mr. Ferreira left Avon in 2001 as Co-COO, Head of International and a Member of the Board and became President and CEO of the Woodclyffe Group, a firm focused on business consulting and interim management within the consumer products industry. Mr. Ferreira currently serves on the Board of Nu Skin Enterprises (NYSE: NUS).
